Poll: The Keys To A Happy Workplace

In what is widely believed to be a tight and highly competitive job market, keeping workers happy has become increasingly important.

A recent survey by the IT professionals network Spiceworks found that what tech workers are paid is important, but not necessarily the most important factor in worker happiness. For instance, who your people work with could be more important than what they're pulling down in their paychecks.

"Relationships reign supreme, but that doesn’t mean money doesn’t matter," said Peter Tsai, an analyst at Spiceworks, in a statement.

That leads us to a new poll on ITBestOfBreed: What's most important in keeping your workers happy and engaged? Please take a moment and cast your vote below.
