Do you have a methodology for staying ahead of changes, or is it something that has always been instilled?

[When his father founded the company,] he just started by looking at a technology and decided, "That's the future," and he was going to move on to the next greatest thing. You have to be willing to take some risks sometimes [with] new technologies or [to chart] new directions for the company to succeed and continue to grow and prosper.

As we've gotten larger, we've also had the financial wherewithal to do that. We've always been able to have the financial strength that gives us that cushion sometimes to experiment with different technologies and directions.
